Obtain Secret Armor In Zero Dawn Horizon
Unlocking the secret armor within Zero Dawn Horizon is pretty simple, all you need to do is locate and collect all five power cells scattered throughout the map. In order to unlock the quest Ancient Armory you must find and collect the very first power cell or find the hidden bunker where the armor is located, the first power cell is located in the underground bunker where you begin the game as young Alloy. You can’t access it until you have grown up, once you have grown up head back to the same bunker. Once there break the barrier to locate the first power cell on the ground in front of you, now you can begin looking for the second power cell.
The second power cell is located inside of All-Mother’s mountain which you will be able to explore during the quest The Womb of the Mountain, observe the area until you see a large locked during with a red hologram on it. Turn to your left and look around until you see a narrow passageway that will lead you directly to the second power cell. Now that you have the first two power cells, you can head over to the hidden underground bunker where the secret armor is being held. Once there, head over to the unlit dials to turn them on. You must then solve a puzzle, you can use your focus to locate the answers that are on the wall next to the puzzle. The dials on the wall are correspondent to clocks so you will have to set them according to the answers located on the wall. The answers you find on the wall is up, right, down, left, and up going from left to right. After you put in the right combination the door will open up allowing you to go inside the room where the armor is being held by several clamps. These clamps will be released once you collect the remaining power cells and solve the next puzzle.
The third power cell is located during the quest Maker’s end at the top of the Faro’s Skyscraper, once you reach the top look around until you find a path that leads you up higher on the skyscraper. Climb all the way up and you will see the power cell in plain sight, luckily there will be a rappel that will allow you to jump all the way back down to the first level. The fourth power cell is found during the quest The Grave Hoard, once you are in the main section of the ruins look around until you spot the power cell waiting to be collected. The last and final power cell can be found during your quest of The Mountain That Fell, then make your way to GAIA Prime where there will be an hologram showing Faro speaking with a fellow scientist. After the hologram goes away look around for the next place to go, it will be a zipline. You don’t want to cross the biplane just yet because there is something else for you to do, look around until you find a path that leads to a cave down below. Once you find the path, follow it until it leads you to the room where the last power cell is waiting for you. Once you collect the power cell, you can now make your way back to the hidden bunker where the armor is waiting for you. Solve the puzzle, but instead of showing time it shows degrees. The solution to this puzzle is also next to it but in oder to see the answers you must use Alloy’s focus again, after that the codes are right, left, up, right, left going from left to right. Now that you solved both puzzles, the armor is now free for you to collect it.
